Meet Dillon
Founder of DC Power Performance Centre
My name is Dillon, a passionate football coach and strength and conditioning specialist from Bolton. I currently volunteer with BISC Juniors FC, where I have proudly coached for the past three years. I also currently coach with CPS football academy for the past 2 years, gaining vital experience and constantly improving my knowledge whilst coaching.
With a BA (Hons) in Football Coaching and Management, I am committed to helping young players reach their full potential, combining football-specific training with a structured strength and conditioning programme to improve performance, confidence and reduce the risk of injury.

At DC Power and Performance Centre, we are dedicated to helping athletes at all levels unlock their full potential through expert coaching and performance - driven training. Whether you're part of a grassroots football team, training for a HYROX event, or simply looking to improve your strength, speed and fitness, we have a program designed for you.

Our Grassroots team training sessions focus on building stronger, faster and more confident players through football - specific strength and conditioning, team building activities and performance based drills. For individuals, our one to one coaching provides fully tailored training.

Grassroots Coaching
Our 50-minute youth football performance session is all about helping young players become stronger, faster and more confident on and off the pitch.
Each session blends fun and football-specific strength and conditioning with exciting fitness challenges that build power, speed and endurance.

Online Coaching
Our online coaching program is built for athletes who want to unlock their full athletic potential. Whether this is dominating a HYROX event, improving overall performance or achieving personal fitness goals.
Each plan is fully customised to your schedule, ability and goals. You will receive detailed programming, progress tracking and ongoing support so every session moves you closer to your goal.

One to One Coaching
Our one to one strength and conditioning coaching sessions are designed to unlock your potential through personalised training.

Each session is tailored to your individual goals, whether that be to build strength, improve endurance or boost your overall fitness. With focused attention you will receive real-time feedback and ongoing support to ensure safe and effective progress.

Small Group Sessions
Our Small Group Strength and Conditioning Sessions offer the perfect balance of personalised coaching and team motivation. Training in a group of like-minded individuals, you will benefit from the energy and support of others, as well as receiving a targeted plan.

Each session focuses on building strength, improving fitness while in a motivating and fun environment.
